Community Engagement Our Impact
ESCC Fine Arts Division
Our Fine Arts Division has been a dynamic force in shaping the cultural landscape at Enterprise State Community College and throughout the region—educating artists, engaging audiences, and enriching community life.
Student Showcases & Performances
ESCC Fine Arts students take center stage in bold productions annually. Most recently, in Spring 2024, students and community members collaborated in the popular production of “9 to 5: The Musical,” showcasing exceptional musical theatre talent.
Our rigorous academic curriculum—ranging from Drawing and Digital Photography to Music Ensemble and Theatre Arts—equips students with professional-level skills.
Youth Festivals & Family Events
The Fine Arts team regularly leads engaging, family-focused events such as “Christmas at ESCC” in late 2022—a joyful gathering featuring student artwork, choir performances, instrumental ensembles, and holiday classics like “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch”.
Currently, the Fine Arts Division and ESCC’s Baker Center will be teaming up to host the “Meet Me at The Baker Center” Festival for community members and students. This will be held on October 4th, 2025, from 11:00 am-3:00 pm following the Grand Opening of The Baker Center.
These inclusive events welcome regional families, spotlighting student artistry and fostering community culture.
School Partnerships
Our strong partnerships with K–12 schools bring inspiring educational experiences to life. For instance, ESCC choirs toured internationally in Spring 2025, performing in Rome alongside awarded ensembles—underscoring our commitment to performance excellence and student exposure.
Local festivals, concert participation, and outreach tours further reflect our dedication to nurturing arts appreciation and professional readiness across youth communities.
The Baker Center is excited to welcome our area K-12 students over the 2025-2026 season for 4 Broadway-style shows designed and curated for their age group.
