Ticket Purchase Options

• Online: Tickets may be purchased 24/7 through our secure ticketing platform.
• In Person: The Baker Center box office is open 1 hour prior to performances for walk-up sales and will-call pickup.
• By Phone: Phone ticketing support is available during published box office business hours.

Reserved Seating

• Most ticketed events at The Baker Center feature reserved seating unless otherwise specified.
• Patrons are encouraged to purchase early for the best seat selection and pricing. (Although there is not a bad seat in the house)

Series Subscriptions

• Multiple performance subscriptions are available and include priority seating, discounts, and early access.
• Series tiers include Bronze, Gold, and Platinum pricing based on seating location.

Age & Admission Guidelines

• Children age 2 and under may sit on a lap for most events (exceptions may apply).
• All attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket unless otherwise noted.

Payment & Fees

• Tickets are subject to processing fees and taxes, which will be displayed at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards online, and cash at the door.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.
• Exchanges may be permitted for a different performance of the same production, subject to availability and with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Delivery Options

• Tickets are delivered via email and may be:
• Printed at home
• Displayed on a mobile device
• Saved to Apple or Google Wallet
• Will-call pickup is available at the box office 1 hour before showtime.

Group Sales

• Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more, depending on the performance.
• Please contact the Baker Center Box Office for group reservations and seating arrangements.

Accessibility

• The Baker Center is fully accessible, with:
• 8 ADA-designated seats
• Ramps, lifts, and accessible restrooms
• Assistive listening devices are available upon request at no charge

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

• Patrons may reprint or resend their tickets at any time by logging into their On The Stage account or contacting the Box Office for help.

Inclement Weather & Event Cancellations

• Events will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise announced.
• If a performance is canceled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified by email with available options.
