Welcome to the Baker Center! We offer a simple, secure, and paperless ticketing experience powered by On The Stage. Here’s everything you need to know about your tickets—whether you’re buying, accessing, or scanning them on show day.
You can purchase tickets:
- Online here
- By phone through the Box Office at (334)348-7151
- At the door 1 hour prior to performance (online in advance is strongly recommended!)
You can choose:
- Reserved Seating for most performances
- Series Subscriptions with discounted pricing
All sales are processed securely and hassle-free.
After purchasing, you’ll receive:
- Email confirmation with your digital tickets attached
- Save the tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet
- Print at home via the attached PDF
Can’t find your tickets? Call (334) 348-7151, and we can resend your confirmation email anytime.
Using Your Digital Ticket at the Theater
- Have your ticket ready on your phone or printed at the door
- Our staff will scan your QR code at the theater entrance
- One ticket = one entry. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in
- If you need help, our box office staff will be happy to assist
Pro Tip: Screenshots of your ticket will scan, but mobile wallet versions load faster!
Exchanges & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Exchanges may be offered:
- Only if specified per event
- At the discretion of the Baker Center and subject to availability
